By downloading, accessing, or using the CollectiEvo mobile app (“App”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety.

CollectiEvo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to modify, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any part of the App without prior written consent from CollectiEvo.

By using CollectiEvo, you may submit, upload, or create content, including but not limited to text, images, and videos (“User Content”). While you retain ownership of your content, you grant CollectiEvo a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content. You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.

CollectiEvo collects and processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Data may be analyzed to improve user experience, optimize performance, and support commercial analysis for app development. Users retain control over their data as outlined in the Privacy Policy, and CollectiEvo employs industry-standard security measures to safeguard it. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.

CollectiEvo respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyright has been infringed upon, please contact us with a notice of infringement. CollectiEvo will investigate and take appropriate action as necessary.

CollectiEvo utilizes AI technology to enhance user experience, including content generation and personalization. While we strive to ensure compliance with copyright laws and optimal performance, CollectiEvo does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or flawless operation of AI-generated content. Users are responsible for verifying the legality and appropriateness of any AI-generated content they use or share.

The App generates personalized feeds using algorithms. These feeds are provided for informational purposes only, and CollectiEvo makes no guarantees regarding their accuracy, reliability, or completeness.

All purchases made through the App, including subscriptions, CE Tokens, and other in-app items, are non-refundable. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion. CE Tokens and other in-app items are non-redeemable for cash, and unused tokens will not be refunded or converted into monetary value, even if associated features are not utilized.

CollectiEvo does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of third-party content bookmarked by users. Inclusion of third-party content does not imply affiliation or endorsement by CollectiEvo.

CollectiEvo provides tools for users to search for, connect with, and communicate with others. Users are solely responsible for the content of their communications and any interactions or agreements with others. CollectiEvo does not monitor or guarantee the safety, accuracy, or legality of user interactions.

Users agree not to engage in harassing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or illegal behavior while using the App. Content violating these guidelines may be removed, and offending accounts may be suspended or terminated at CollectiEvo’s discretion.

CollectiEvo does not pre-screen or verify user-generated content, including messages, profiles, or shared material. Users may report inappropriate content, and CollectiEvo will take action in accordance with its policies. However, CollectiEvo is not liable for any offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content shared by users.

CollectiEvo does not guarantee the availability, compatibility, or engagement of users on the platform. Users may not always find connections or interactions that meet their expectations.

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of advertisements they post on the platform. CollectiEvo does not verify or endorse any user-generated advertisements or associated claims. Fraudulent, misleading, or illegal advertisements may be removed, and offending accounts may be terminated.

CollectiEvo acts solely as a platform for listing advertisements and does not facilitate or guarantee monetary transactions, exchanges, or agreements between users. Users engage in transactions and interactions at their own risk. CollectiEvo disclaims all liability for disputes, losses, or damages resulting from such interactions.

CollectiEvo is not responsible for verifying the legitimacy, ownership, or accuracy of details for collection artifacts uploaded or shared by users. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of their content.

CollectiEvo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CollectiEvo disclaims all guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or functionality of app features, AI systems, and advertisements. Users accept that app usage and advertising outcomes depend on factors beyond CollectiEvo’s control.

CollectiEvo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes independently and report violations of terms to CollectiEvo for review.

You agree to indemnify and hold CollectiEvo harmless from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to violations of these terms, misuse of shared content, and interactions or transactions with other users.

CollectiEvo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
